Olivier Guéant is a Full Professor (PR1) at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a member of the Centre d’Economie de la Sorbonne (CES). He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at ENSAE – Institute Polytechnique de Paris. Previously, he was a Professor at ENSAE ParisTech, overseeing the Quantitative Finance track, and an Assistant/Associate Professor at Université Paris-Diderot, where he was part of the Laboratories Jacques-Louis Lions. In addition to his academic roles, Olivier co-founded MFG Labs in 2010 with J.-M. Lasry, P.-L. Lions, and H. Verdier, which was later acquired by Havas Media in 2013. He has been a member of the “Conseil National des Universities,” appointed by the Minister of Higher Education and Research, and served as an oral examiner in Mathematics for the entrance competition at École Polytechnique.
